Use of Pastiche in English Prose

A text that borrows or imitates the style, words, or ideas of other writers. Unlike a parody, which aims for a comic or satiric effect, a pastiche is often intended as a compliment (or an homage) to the original writer(s)--though it may just be a hodgepodge of borrowed words and ideas. Examples and Observations: The pastiche prose form openly mimes the content and mannerisms of another written work. Its a respectful, if often jocular, an homage to the work that inspired it. (Its literary cousin is the parody, but that imitation subtly or savagely satirizes its source material.) INTRODUCTION Regulatory factor is bound with genomic DNA to protect the sequence from cleavage through DNase I. With the help of DNase I, it is easy to identify the 41 diverse cells with nucleotide resolution. Around 45 million transcription factors are detected in the regulatory regions. They represent the binding to the elements that are of short sequence. Genetic variations affect the allelic chromatin which is present in concentrated manner in the footprints. But these variations effects are enclosed by the DNA methylation. When the DNase I and regulatory DNA are mapped together, digital genomic footprints are found. To sort out these footprints, they are interdependent on the density of the DNA cleavages. Ever since the ratification of the Second Amendment, the debate on gun control has become a very heated topic. There is one side that believes that guns should be banned in order to stop any future tragedies from occurring. On the other hand, there is another side that believes guns are our cherished right to own and we should be allowed to use them freely.
